RETURN POLICY

HairBoss Luxury Boutique is committed to offering products of the highest quality. Each item undergoes thorough quality testing to ensure it meets our high standards. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as expected, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

For any unused products that do not meet our quality standards, we are happy to facilitate an exchange or return. Please note that hair must not be unraveled, colored, cut, or altered in any way and should be returned in its original packaging.

Your satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to ensure that every HairBoss product exceeds your expectations. If you have any concerns, please reach out to us, and we’ll gladly assist you.

 

IMPORTANT NOTICE

HairBoss Luxury Boutique is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Refunds will not be issued for packages returned to HairBoss Luxury Boutique.

REPLACEMENTS

We take pride in our products, which are 100% guaranteed. Since natural hair can respond to simple washing and conditioning, product concerns can often be resolved with proper care. However, if you believe you’ve received a product that is truly defective, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving it.

If the product is verified as defective by HairBoss Luxury Boutique, we will offer an exchange. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item. If the replacement item is of greater value, the customer will need to cover the price difference. Please note that we cannot accept products that have been altered in any way.

EXCHANGES

HairBoss Luxury Boutique, at its sole discretion, may offer exchanges under the following conditions:

• Requests for exchanges must be made within 3 days of receiving the product(s). Requests made after 3 days will not be accepted.
• We cannot accept merchandise that has been used or altered (e.g., brushed, combed, cut, colored, or washed) in any way.
• Per Federal law, used human hair products cannot be returned. This includes removing the hair from the bundle or trying it on. We adhere to these strict policies for hygiene and legal reasons. Products must be returned in their original, resalable condition.
• The exchange must be for a product of equal or greater value, as we do not offer refunds.
• Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returns. We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking and delivery confirmation, as we are not liable for lost packages.

Once we receive the returned product, it will be thoroughly inspected. If it remains unused and in its original condition, we will process the exchange for a product of equal or greater value.
