We are happy to facilitate an exchange or return for any unused product that does not meet our quality standards. The hair must remain in its original packaging and should not be unraveled, colored, cut, or altered in any way.

Unless specified otherwise, HairBoss Boutique’s wigs, bundles, lace frontals, and closures are a natural brown shade, similar to 1B.

The longevity of HairBoss Boutique extensions depends on care, the products used, and frequency of wear. With proper care, our extensions typically last between 2-3 years. Each order comes with a complimentary hair care guide.

Yes, all HairBoss Boutique wigs, bundles, frontals, and closures can be dyed, either by you or a professional hairstylist. We recommend having any coloring done by a licensed professional. The hair can be lifted to color 27. Our Italian Hair can be dyed to 613.

Yes, HairBoss Boutique extensions can be straightened, blow-dried, styled, and curled just like natural hair. To extend their lifespan, we recommend using a heat protectant spray before styling.
