I'm Anita Bates, the Founder & CEO of HairBoss Luxury Boutique. Before launching my own company, I served as the Chief Operating Officer for one of the largest virgin hair suppliers in the U.S., overseeing nationwide operations. In that role, I managed every aspect of the business from marketing and PR to research and development, strategic planning, store management, inventory control, and market analysis. Throughout my career, I have also built long-lasting relationships with top-tier suppliers around the world, ensuring that I source only the best quality virgin hair for my customers. 

With a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) and a strong corporate background, I have mastered both the business and beauty sides of the industry.  After years of building brands, setting industry trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction, I decided it was time to create my own empire - HairBoss Luxury Boutique. My mission is simple: to be the leader in the luxury virgin hair industry by providing high-quality, flawless extensions at an affordable price.

Breast cancer is a cause very dear to the heart of our founder and owner. At just 24 years old, she lost her beloved mother, Pearlie Mae Howard-Greer, to this devastating disease. In her honor, HairBoss Luxury Boutique is committed to celebrating the strength and resilience of women who have triumphed over breast cancer, while also paying tribute to the courageous souls who have lost their battle.

Every year, we proudly partner with organizations like **Angels Surviving Cancer**, led by the inspiring Executive Director Janice Workcuff, to uplift and support those affected by breast cancer. In October, we dedicate the entire month to our “Bosses Wear Pink” campaign, a time when we unite our community to raise awareness, honor survivors, and remember our fallen angels.

Through our ongoing efforts, HairBoss Luxury Boutique aims to make a meaningful impact in the fight against breast cancer, standing in solidarity with every woman who has faced this challenge.
